Fall is my favorite season
As the weather cools and back to school vibes kick in, for many that means kicking our wellness goals into high gear.
It's amazing how your body and mind will tell you what you need when you're ready. After letting go of tracking and embracing intuitive eating since the beginning of July, it's like my body feels recovered from my old ways and I am now fully charged and ready to tackle a challenge!
I found myself inspired to challenge myself physically while I was on vacation, and so the "Fall into Fitness" 10-week challenge was born. I wanted a way to unite those who are looking for a way to kickstart their progress before the holiday season by embracing a new way of thinking and challenging themselves both physically and mentally.
Is this the right challenge for you?
Are you tired of challenges that involve over-restriction, perfection mindsets, and promises that don't seem to be kept?
Are you ready for an opportunity to push yourself and get out of your comfort zone, but in a way that prevents burnout rather than causing it?
Have you started to realize that there might be more out there for you beyond the diet-culture-ridden society we are used to being immersed in?
Are you looking for a supportive group of women on their own journies but working toward a common goal?
Are you ready to feel more confident and empowered than ever before?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, "Fall into Fitness" is the place to be.

Hi, I'm Brianna, your guide for the next 10 weeks!
I have been on the dieting roller coaster for 15 years. I recently decided it was time to step off of the damaging ride and take back the power of my mind and my body, and my life has been forever changed.
Gone are the days where I stress about whether or not a meal out with friends fits into my daily Points or calories. There's no more stress over eating what I am craving. All foods are welcome, guilt and shame free. This new level of freedom has me thriving in ways I never knew were possible when dieting.
Now that it has been a few months of me mending my relationship with food, my body and mind are ready to take physical challenge to the next level. The desire to continue to push my body to new heights, without feeling the need to restrict calories or lose weight fast, hit me like lightening, and I can't wait to get started.
My intention for this 10 week challenge is to guide you alongside me as we go through this physical and mental transformation together, approaching this program with love and respect for our bodies rather than desperate attempt to make our bodies smaller, and the number on the scale go down.
I firmly believe that the only way to see positive and lasting change in our bodies and our minds to come from a place of love, so that's what we're going to do. Join me as we challenge our minds and bodies, learn to reduce stress, nourish our bodies well, and leave with more self-confidence than ever before.
I can't wait to work with you.

Fall into Strength
The primary focus of this challenge is to push ourselves physically, so as time progresses you will notice you become stronger both physically and mentally.

Fall into Confidence
Mindset shifts and keeping promises to yourself will unlock a level of self-confidence you didn't know you had regardless of any changes you see in your body. Self-confidence is entirely in the mind, and we will unlock that power here.

Fall into Freedom
As we begin the work of kicking diet-culture to the curb, you will find a new level of freedom in your journey that will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and unstoppable.
